Cancellation Policy

Please try to give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This allows enough time to offer your appointment to someone else.

Non-attended appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee which is the cost of the missed session.
